DoubleTree by Hilton Portland Tigard

The location was good. The staff that checked us in was knowledgeable and very kind. We requested late check out but our door was still knocked on twice while we were sleeping. It would have been nice for the morning staff to have communicated that to the housekeeping staff. The room was spacious and clean. The temperature was great.

We brought our own food and ate in the lovely courtyard. We greatly appreciated the coffee machine and tea...along with ice water in the lobby. The air conditioner functioned well and the bed was comfortable.

It was clean and everything worked, there was hot water, towels and even a mini fridge and microwave oven

Prompt assistance from Staff, clean facilities, spacious & comfortable room & bed, amenities, awesome location; with the best area mall, pretty much across the street; &, Red Lobster; but a 4 minute stroll away

Another Great visit. Mark at the front desk noticed I was having difficulty getting checked in with one arm. He immediately leapt into action. Escorting me to my car and helping me carry everything and get settled into my room. A great human being and no one I would rather be stuck in an elevator with…. Should that ever happen. Thank you Mark!!
